Can. OTCh. Point of View Captain Flynn, UD, TDX, Am. CDX, Am. TD

Flynn is owned, trained and loved by Tracy Hughes

Flynn is my first dog and I am so proud of his achievements in getting the utility title. He taught me how much fun working with your dog can be. Flynn is a joy to work with because he has tremendous attention, focus and drive to do whatever it takes to win his treats and make his mommy proud. He was the #1 American cocker in obedience in Canada in 2000 and 2001 and has scored at the highest levels, including a 199.5 in a very competitive open B class. He has numerous high in trial wins and class placements both in Canada and in the U.S. He is now enjoying his retirement!

Sire: Ch. Tanahill's Gold Card

Dam: Shamrock's Fortune Cookie

Breeders: Kim Hartz and Valerie Richardson

Owner: Kelly Ladouceur

Owner Kelly says:

Farley was a star from the start! Star of my heart that is. I got Farley at a young age, and we bonded very quickly. Perhaps that is why he is so spoiled now. Farley was my first show dog, and had mountains of patience to teach me the ropes. We did matches, sweeps and all breed shows for quite some time before he attained his title (likely due to mishandling by me!). Highlights of his show career are a 5 point win at 16 months old and winning his class at the Canadian Summer National Puppy Sweeps under a breeder judge.

Retired from the show ring, and neutered due to health concerns, Farley moved onto obedience. He LOVES obedience, and having some "one on one time" with me. Training him was never work, it was always fun, because he would get so excited every time he did something right!

He finished his CD title at the American Spaniel Club Summer National in Indianapolis, IN on July 10, 2004.  He finished his CGC title on the same day.  Farley is now training in Open, and is enjoying swimming in his spare time.
